Privacy

Effective October 17, 2026

Keynote Cuts is operated by Corbel Ops Inc., a Canadian federal corporation based in Ontario ("we"). This policy covers this website, email with us, the booking link and the videos we make for you.

What we collect

When you book a call or email us: your name, email, organization and whatever you choose to tell us. When you become a client: the footage, brand files and facts you send, and the account handles you want us to post to. Our host keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to run and protect the site.

When you request a free sample video, your name, email, recording link and goal are sent through Formspree, which delivers them to our inbox. We use them to make and send your video and to reply; we do not add you to a mailing list.

We never ask for your passwords. You connect your accounts to the scheduling tool yourself.

How we use it

To reply to you, arrange calls, make and deliver your videos, post them where you have asked us to, keep business and tax records, and protect the site. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Your footage

Your footage, brand files and unpublished videos are used only for your work. We do not show your videos or results to anyone else without your permission.

Service providers

We use Vercel (website hosting), Formspree (form delivery), Cal.com (booking), Google (email and file sharing) and the social scheduling tool you connect. Some of these store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

Keeping and deleting

We keep client records as long as tax and business law requires. Ask us to delete your footage after your plan ends and we will, except where we must keep a record.

Your rights and contact

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent. Email the Privacy Officer, Corbel Ops Inc., at hello@keynotecuts.com. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
