“Russell turned raw phone footage into finished clips in days, kept the message consistent across Facebook and Instagram, and ran the schedule so I could stay focused on talking to people.”

An estimate. The free blueprint gives you the real list from your recording.

You talk. I handle the rest.

A moment in the room can become a moment people share.
  1. Send your footage

Keynotes, webinars, podcasts, panels or phone video. A link or a shared folder is fine.

  2. I find the moments

The ideas, stories and audience reactions that work on their own, cut to 15 to 90 seconds.

  3. You approve

Captions, your branding and the post copy, all in your voice. Ask for changes until it's right.

  4. It goes out

Post it yourself, or I schedule it to LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.

Two plans. Prices on the page.

AI handles the slow parts of the edit, so you pay for judgment, not hours. Month to month in Canadian dollars.

Russell Cole

You work with me.

I'm Russell Cole. I've given talks myself and built my own content, so I know how much goes into twenty minutes on stage and how little of it most people ever get to see.

This fall I ran the video side of a municipal campaign: raw phone footage in, finished clips out within days, posted on schedule every week. Keynote Cuts is that same system, built for speakers.

I use AI tools to move fast and I review every cut myself. Nothing goes out without your approval, and you never deal with an account manager.

Questions

Why does it cost less than an agency?

AI does the slow work: transcripts, finding candidate moments, first cuts and caption timing. I spend my time on what needs judgment: which moments to use, the opening line, and the final check. You get a finished result without paying for agency hours.

What footage can I send?

Any recording of you speaking: keynotes, conference sessions, webinars, podcasts, panels, interviews or phone video. Stage footage with the audience reacting works best, but clear audio is what matters most.

Do I own the footage I send?

You need the right to use it. Event recordings often belong to the organizer, so check your speaking agreement or ask them. I check where footage came from before I cut it.

What is the free content blueprint?

Send one recording and I send back the best moments in it, with timestamps and an opening line for each, within one business day. It's yours to keep whether or not you sign up.

How fast is it?

Your first videos arrive within five business days of the footage. Keynote Recaps arrive within 72 hours of the talk.

What if I don't like a video?

Ask for changes until you approve it. A cut from different footage counts as a new video. Nothing is posted without your OK.

Do you need my passwords?

No. On Done For You, you connect your accounts to the scheduling tool yourself and can disconnect them at any time.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans are month to month. Founding speakers who take the free Speaker Reel commit to three months.
